Welcome to Nmoney, (hereinafter referred to as "App, We, Me, Product"). This App is developed and operated by Finnew Fintech Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Contact information: your mobile phone number, email address, so that we can communicate with you about loan matters, send notifications and reminders.
Emergency contact: You will fill in your emergency contact information during the loan application process. The contact information you provide (such as name, phone number) will be kept confidential and securely transmitted to our server via https://api.nmoneyapp.com . We will not share your data with any third party.
Payment information: Your bank account information (such as the name of the bank where you opened the account, account number, etc.) is used to assess your repayment ability and credit status, and determine whether you meet the loan conditions and loan amount.
Location information: If you turn on the device positioning function and authorize, we may collect your fuzzy geographic location information to provide loan product information that complies with local regulations based on your region, or to optimize our services. You can also refuse, and the location data will be uploaded and stored in our server via secure encryption: https://api.nmoneyapp.com. We will not share your data with any third party.
Device information: Including the device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (such as IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, etc.), network access method and type, application list, etc., which are used to ensure the normal operation of the App, identify device anomalies, prevent fraud and optimize user experience. The relevant data will be uploaded and stored in our server via secure encryption: https://api.nmoneyapp.com.
Camera permissions: The camera permissions you grant will only be enabled when you actively use related functions or to ensure the normal operation of core services, such as taking photos of ID card information, and the data taken will be stored and protected in strict accordance with the privacy policy, and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You can view, modify or withdraw camera permissions at any time in the device's permission settings.
Advertising ID: In order to provide you with a more personalized and high-quality service experience, it is necessary to obtain the Google Advertising ID (Advertising ID) on your device. With the help of Google Advertising ID, personalized advertising delivery can be improved. You can also turn on the "Opt out of advertising personalization" function to limit personalized advertising delivery based on advertising ID, strictly follow Google's privacy policy and our own detailed privacy protection terms, and ensure that your data is only used for the above advertising purposes.
